First Day Message from President Augostini

Dear Emory Community,

 

Today I am honored to begin serving as the 22nd president of Emory University.

 

As we look ahead, I am asking that we work together to help shape our university’s future. Together, we have an opportunity not simply to advance Emory’s strengths, but to elevate its impact across the state of Georgia, nationally, and globally.

 

All of us—faculty, staff, students, and the larger Emory community—have essential voices in defining our path forward.
